Robert Ellis: THE DEAD ROOM Poem

Much thanks to Jessica Lee, an avid reader and fan, for sending me a copy of this author pic she tricked out in Photoshop, as well as the poem that opens my second novel, THE DEAD ROOM. I had written the short piece as a student in college and always wanted to see it published. When it came time to set the mood for the novel, the two seemed like a perfect fit and destined to be published together. Again, thanks to Jessica and everyone else who sends me images of my books set in their own worlds. Cafes, beaches, on the front seat of their car -- it's always a big kick for me and always makes my day. Thank you!
